Shipping policy

At Pedals Power, we want your experience to be smooth from the moment you place your order to the day your parcel arrives at your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Non-customized products: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 7 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Customized products (e.g., jerseys with name/number): These are made to order. Processing may take 10–15 business days before dispatch.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Duration

  • Domestic Orders (within India): Delivery usually takes 10–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier availability.
  • Customized products: Please allow a total of 15–25 business days (processing + shipping) for delivery.
  • Festive or promotional periods: Delivery timelines may be slightly longer due to high order volumes.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time; details will be clearly mentioned on the product page or during checkout.

4. Serviceable Locations

  • We currently ship across India through our trusted courier partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, Shadowfax, etc.).
  • International Shipping: Not available as of now. 

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor the delivery status.
  • Please allow 24 hours after dispatch for the tracking information to be updated.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners usually make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered (due to wrong address, unavailability, or refusal), it may be returned to us.
  • In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Delays & Exceptions

  • While we strive to deliver within the promised timelines, unforeseen events (bad weather, strikes, regional lockdowns, etc.) may cause delays.
  • We will keep you informed via email/SMS in case of significant delays.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and product and notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, we will either issue a replacement or provide a refund after verifying with the courier partner.

9. Returns & Exchanges (Shipping Costs)

  • For defective products or wrong sizes (non-customized items), we arrange a free reverse pickup.
  • For size exchanges or customer preference changes, customers may need to bear the return/re-shipping costs.
  • Customized products are generally non-returnable/non-exchangeable, unless received in a defective condition.
