Challenge Brief
Transform your fitness journey with Accountability Allies! Set monthly goals and track progress with a partner for motivation and support. Plus, add in fun rewards or consequences to keep you both on track. Achieve your fitness goals together with Accountability Allies.
How to participate:
- At the start of each month, sit down together and decide on a shared goal, like completing 15 workout days each, running 50 KM, or achieving 10,000 steps daily.
- Break the goal down into smaller weekly or daily targets to make it manageable. For example, if the goal is 50 KM in a month, you’ll need to run 12.5 KM a week.
- Tracking Progress: Use a shared app or a physical calendar to mark your progress. Consider using fitness apps like Strava or MyFitnessPal, where both of you can track your activities and see each other’s progress in real-time.
- Rewards/Consequences: If you both hit the weekly goal, plan a fun reward, like a special meal or a day off from exercise. If one or both of you miss the target, add a consequence, like doing an extra set of exercises or a fun “punishment” like 10 burpees.
Tips:
Make sure the goal is challenging but achievable to keep you both motivated. Celebrate milestones together to keep the momentum going.
