International Yoga Day 2026

How to participate:

• Select your target activity (Run/Walk, Cycling or Yoga).
• Complete your target on any one day from 19th June-21st June.
• Submit the activity screenshot using the link:  Submit your Data

• It's a one day challenge meaning you need to complete the target on any 1 day between 19th June-21st June.
  
• You have to complete your selected target distance in one single activity. 
  
• Taking breaks in between the the activity is allowed, but it has to be one single activity. 
• There is no maximum distance limit. 

Data submission (Mandatory to be eligible for the medal):

(1) You need to submit the activity data using the link: Submit Your Data

(2) Activity date (or Today/Yesterday), duration of the activity and total distance covered should be visible in the data.

(4) Timeline of data submission is 19th June -22nd June. Any submission after 22nd June 2026 will not be accepted.

(5) If you select yoga, you will just need to submit a photo in a yoga pose as a proof. 

• You will receive the E-certificate on your registered e-mail between 1st July-5th July.
  
• Medal will be delivered between 10th July-17th July. You will receive the tracking details via sms and email once it is dispatched.
