Challenge Brief

This challenge will help you tone your legs, strengthen your glutes, and build lower-body power.

How to participate

  • Select your daily squats target. 
  • Choose your preferred commitment duration..
  • Track and share your activity. 

How to track: Download "Strava" app

  • Download Strava app. (It's a free app. For any issue with the app please contact us via call or Whatsapp at 8076388960.)
  • Once you register for the challenge, you will receive a link to join the challenge's Strava group and once you join the group all your activities will be collected automatically.

How to use the app

  • Select "Workout" from the options available in the app and start doing the squats. 
  • The app will only record the time when you select "Workout" as the activity. Keep the phone aside and start doing the activity.
  • When you are finished, save the activity in the app and give the challenge name as the title with the number of repetitions you performed. 
  • That's all, you are good to go. Keep doing the same everyday.

Challenge Rules and guidelines

  • You need to make sure that you do squats everyday and do not miss a single day. That's the only rule you need to follow.

Date Submission

  • Join the Strava group (link will be sent once registered) and your activities will be collected automatically or send the activity screenshot via e-mail to us everyday at "support@pedalspower.com". 
  • If sending via email, mention your registered phone number and name while sending the e-mail.

Q1. Is it necessary to perform the activity daily?

A2. Yes, it is necessary to perform the activity every day. You will be disqualified if you miss even 1 day. 

Q2. How to Upload the Activity Data?

A3. Once you register for the challenge, you will receive a link to join the challenge's Strava group and once you join the group all your activities will be collected automatically. 

Q3. When will I receive the medals?

A4.
     (i) Medal will be given to those who successfully complete the challenge.
     (ii) Medal will be sent via courier at the address given at the time of the registration. It will be delivered in 10-15 days after the event ends. 

Q4. Can I change my target once the challenge has started?

A5. No, changing the target is not allowed after the registration.
