How to participate

  • Commit at least 30 minutes every day for any activity. 
  • Any activity which can be tracked can be done. For example:  Walking, Running, Swimming, Push-ups, Squats, Yoga, Meditation etc. 
  • Stay consistent for the entire month.
  • Track and share your activity via email at support@pedalspower.com

How to track: Download "Strava" app

  • Download Strava app. (It's a free app. For any issue with the app please contact us via call or Whatsapp at 8076388960.)
  • Once you register for the challenge, you will receive a link to join the challenge's Strava group and once you join the group all your activities will be collected automatically.

How to use the app

  • Select your activity for example Running/Walking or select "Workout" from the options available in the app and start doing the activity.
  • The app will only record the time when you select "Workout" as the activity. Keep the phone aside and start doing the activity.
  • When you are finished, save the activity in the app and give the challenge name as the title. 
  • That's all, you are good to go. Keep doing the same everyday.

Challenge Rules and guidelines

  • You need to make sure that you do an activity for at least 30 mins and do not miss a single day. That's the only rule you need to follow.

Date Submission

  • Join the Strava group (link will be sent once registered) and your activities will be collected automatically or send the activity screenshot via e-mail to us everyday at "support@pedalspower.com". 
  • If sending via email, mention your registered phone number and name while sending the e-mail.

Q2. Is it necessary to perform the activity daily?

A2. Yes, it is necessary to perform the activity every day. You will be disqualified if you miss even 1 day. 

Q3. How to Upload the Activity Data?

A3. Once you register for the challenge, you will receive a link to join the challenge's Strava group and once you join the group all your activities will be collected automatically.

Q4. When will I receive the medals?

A4.
     (i) Medal will be given to those who successfully complete the challenge.
     (ii) Medal will be sent via courier at the address given at the time of the registration. It will be delivered in 15-20 days after the event ends.
